StoreStockPos ("we", "us", "our") is an Android point-of-sale and inventory management application developed by SagaBoss. This Privacy Policy explains what information we collect, how we use it, and your rights regarding that information.

By using the StoreStockPos application or the sagaboss.com website, you agree to the practices described in this policy.

1. Information We Collect

a) Device Identifier (Android ID)

We collect your device's unique Android ID (ANDROID_ID) solely for the purpose of generating and validating your software license. This ID is used to tie your purchased license to your specific device and prevent unauthorized sharing of license keys.

  • The Android ID is not linked to your personal identity.
  • It is not shared with third parties for marketing or analytics.
  • It is stored securely in our Supabase database only in association with your license record.

b) Payment Information

When you purchase a license on sagaboss.com, payment is processed by our third-party payment partners:

  • Stripe — for credit/debit card payments (USD). Stripe collects and processes your card details directly. We never receive or store your full card number. Stripe's privacy policy: stripe.com/privacy
  • Tranzak / MonCash — for mobile money payments (HTG). Payment is processed by Tranzak. We receive only a transaction confirmation and amount. Tranzak's privacy policy: tranzak.me

We store the following transaction data in our database: transaction ID, order ID, amount, currency, payment status, and the device ID submitted at checkout. We do not store credit card numbers, CVV codes, or mobile money PIN codes.

c) Business Data (App — Stored Locally)

All data entered in the StoreStockPos app (products, customers, sales, stock levels, etc.) is stored exclusively on your device. This data is never transmitted to our servers. You retain full ownership and control of this data.

2. How We Use Your Information

  • To generate and validate your license key
  • To confirm successful payment and deliver your license
  • To prevent fraud and unauthorized license use
  • To provide customer support if you contact us

We do not use your information for advertising, profiling, or selling to third parties.

3. Data Storage and Security

License and transaction records are stored in Supabase (a secure cloud database hosted on AWS). Access is restricted to authorized personnel only and protected by row-level security policies. Our website is served over HTTPS.

We retain your transaction and license records for up to 2 years from the date of purchase for legal and accounting purposes, after which they are deleted.

StoreStockPos is intended for use by adults operating businesses. We do not knowingly collect information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided us with information, please contact us and we will delete it immediately.

  • Correction — request correction of inaccurate data
